Overview

The Spuhr CA013 is an extended high Picatinny Gen2 scope base designed specifically for the Remington 700 Short Action within the Spuhr® Ideal Chassis System (SICS™). This scope base aligns seamlessly with the CA012 NV Rail, facilitating the use of clip-on night vision and thermal devices in conjunction with 38 mm height mounts.

Compatibility

The CA013 scope base is compatible with both right and left-handed Remington 700 Short Action rifles. Please note that it is not suitable for rifles threaded for 8-40 scope base screws, such as the Bergara Premier Series. The height is measured from the top of the rear vault of the action to the top of the Picatinny rail.

Installation

Recommended torque for Torx 10 screws is 15-18 in/lbs. Ensure proper alignment during installation to maintain accuracy and performance.
