Direct Action Med Pouch Horizontal MK III

The Direct Action Med Pouch Horizontal MK III is a revised horizontal medical pouch designed to carry a first aid kit and medical gear. It features a bold laser-cut „MED“ marking on the front Velcro panel, allowing personalization with patches. The partially elastic outer pouch allows more equipment space while maintaining a low profile.

Originally designed for rear mounting on the MOSQUITO Modular Belt Sleeve®, it can also be attached to any MOLLE/PALS compatible surface or a belt up to 45 mm wide. Access is provided via non-slip Hypalon® pullers, and the zippered insert has elastic loops to organize first aid essentials. A Velcro® panel on the back allows attachment of a shears pouch.
